Bristol: A new healthy eating spot is coming to town! LOKI POKE is opening its second location at St Nicholas Market next week. They’re all about fresh, sustainable poke bowls, and I can’t wait to check it out.
This brand started back in 2020 during lockdown, and it’s really taken off. Their first permanent spot opened in 2021 at Wapping Wharf, and they even made a splash at Glastonbury and Love Saves the Day the following year.
What’s cool about LOKI POKE is their commitment to sustainability. They’ve won awards for their eco-friendly practices, including the British Street Food Sustainability Award. It’s great to see a local brand making a positive impact!
The grand opening is on Saturday, January 18, and they’ll be giving away free poke bowl samples while supplies last. So, if you’re in the area, you might want to swing by and grab a bite!
The new spot is designed by a local creative studio, Imagineerium, and it’s all about creating a fun and inviting vibe. Georgia Hussey, the founder, is super excited about this new chapter and can’t wait to share their passion for healthy food with even more people.
Natasha Mortimer from Imagineerium also shared how great it’s been to work with Georgia. They’ve created something special in that little space at St Nicholas Market, and I’m sure it’s going to be a hit!
Don’t forget to join their WhatsApp group for updates on events and food news. It sounds like a tasty adventure ahead!
