Harlow: A 17-year-old was found injured in the Guilfords area. This happened on Sunday, February 2, around 9:15 AM. Essex Police received a call about the incident.
Officers reported that the teenager had been seriously assaulted. He suffered a fractured skull and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
