Hackney: So, there was this shooting in Hackney that really shook things up. Two guys got shot, and another one was stabbed. It all went down on Saturday night, and the police are still trying to figure out what happened.

They got the call around 10:35 PM, and both the police and ambulance crews rushed to the scene. It was pretty chaotic, with London’s Air Ambulance also showing up. Right now, they’re looking into it, but they haven’t said why it happened yet.

As of now, no one has been arrested, and the suspects are still out there. One of the victims, a 27-year-old, was treated for gunshot wounds near Homerton Station. The other two guys, aged 28 and 29, were hurt on Gascoyne Road—one got shot, and the other was stabbed. Thankfully, they’re not in life-threatening condition.

Superintendent Brigid Beehag-Fisher from the local police said this incident shows a real lack of care for community safety. She mentioned that they’re working hard to get to the bottom of it and catch those responsible.

In the coming days, you can expect to see more police around the area. If anyone knows anything about what happened, they’re encouraged to talk to the officers or call the police directly.

Interestingly, this shooting comes right after another tragic incident in the city involving a tow truck. It’s been a tough time for the community, and the police are stretched thin trying to handle everything.
