Caerphilly: So, here’s the scoop. Anthony Richards, a 34-year-old from the Caerphilly area, is back in the slammer. He was originally locked up for having an offensive weapon.
He got out in December but didn’t stick to the rules of his release. Gwent Police are on the hunt for him after he broke those conditions. They haven’t shared what exactly he did wrong, though.
