Gloucestershire: Two ghost hunters had a wild experience at an abandoned graveyard. They claim a spirit told them to “eat s**t.” Sounds crazy, right?
Paul Cowmeadow, 48, and Ed Francis, 51, run Gloucester Paranormal Investigation Services. They’ve been exploring haunted places across the UK for seven years. Their latest adventure took them to Horton Road Cemetery.
This cemetery is linked to the old Horton Road Mental Hospital. It’s overgrown and often overlooked, even though it’s near a busy area. The duo visited around 10 PM when they heard a voice.
According to them, the spirit asked, “Am I dead?” They replied, “Yes, you are, sorry.” Then, the spirit responded with the rude phrase. They think the spirit is in denial about being dead.
While exploring, they used a spirit talker app. The spirit also asked about their equipment. In one video, a ball they brought rolled off a grave. Paul noted that the spirit said “abandoned,” reflecting the cemetery’s neglected state.
When Ed cleared some ivy from a grave, the spirits thanked them, saying, “thank you so much.” Paul believes the spirits enjoyed their visit and hopes the rude spirit isn’t too offended.
