The manikin has been hanging by its neck for at least a month. The concerned local, who wants to stay anonymous, finds it truly disgusting.
It’s located across from Rick Stein’s restaurant, right in the car park. The man says it’s hard to look at, especially for someone who has survived suicide.
He’s been asking around and heard it was part of a training exercise. However, it hasn’t moved in months, and he feels it should be taken down.
