Former Leicestershire Bank Building Set to Transform into Convenience Store
A former bank in Coalville is being turned into a convenience store after years of vacancy

Coalville: So, guess what? The old NatWest bank on Belvoir Road is getting a makeover. It’s been sitting empty for ages, but now it’s going to become a convenience store.
The North West Leicestershire District Council just gave the green light for the change. They think it’ll help bring some life back to the town center, which sounds pretty good, right?
Oh, and the upper floors? They were turned into flats a while back. To keep things chill for the folks living there, the council set some rules. The store can only be open from 6am to 11pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on Sundays.
Plus, deliveries can’t happen too early. They’ve got to wait until at least 7:30am on weekdays and 9am on weekends. Seems like a fair compromise, especially since no one really objected to the plan.
