Manchester: So, there was this footballer, Aaron Chalmers, who got into a bit of trouble with a firework on New Year’s Eve. Ouch! He ended up with some pretty severe burns.

His team, Bury, shared the news, and it sounds like he’s going to be out for a while. The manager, Dave McNabb, mentioned that it could take a couple of months for him to recover. That’s a tough break for the guy.

Chalmers missed a game against West Didsbury & Chorlton because of his injuries. It’s a real bummer for both him and the team. McNabb said it’s a massive loss, and you can tell he’s worried about Aaron.

Bury Football Club also posted a message wishing him well on social media. They’re hoping for a speedy recovery, but it sounds like it’s going to be a long road ahead.

Before joining Bury, Aaron played for a few other teams in the Greater Manchester area. It’s a shame to see something like this happen, especially during the holidays.
