Five Arrested in Dawn Raids as Police Target Stolen Work Vans
Police conducted early morning raids in Bolton, leading to five arrests and the seizure of illegal drugs linked to vehicle theft.

Bolton: Early this morning, police made a big move, arresting five people in connection with stolen work vans. They hit five different homes around 6:30 AM, and it looks like they found some illegal drugs too.
The Greater Manchester Police’s Tactical Aid Unit was on the scene, helping out the local officers. A spokesperson mentioned that this operation was backed by tips from the community, which really helped them out.
They arrested five men, aged between 20 and 45, on suspicion of conspiracy to steal vehicles. Along with the arrests, they also seized a bunch of drugs and other items believed to be used in the thefts.
Detective Sergeant Matt Quayle shared that this operation was the result of a thorough investigation by their Neighbourhood Crime Team. He pointed out that many people have been affected by vehicle crime, and it can really disrupt lives.
He thanked the community for their support and encouraged everyone to keep sharing information with the police. Every little bit helps in tackling these issues and making neighborhoods safer.
