Firefighters Battle Blaze at Seven-Storey Block in Borough
Firefighters responded quickly to a blaze in a mixed-use building in Borough, Southwark, with no injuries reported.

London: So, there was a fire in Borough last night. Firefighters were on it pretty quickly. They got the call around 7:41 PM about a blaze in a mixed-use building on Long Lane.
About 25 firefighters showed up with four fire engines. They found that a part of a flat on the fourth floor was on fire. Thankfully, no one got hurt.
By 8:31 PM, they had the fire under control. Crews came from different fire stations, including Dowgate and Dockhead. It’s good to know they were able to handle it so fast.
Right now, they’re still looking into what caused the fire. A spokesperson from the London Fire Brigade confirmed everything and reassured that there were no injuries.
