Family-Run Scottish Business Closes Doors After More Than 50 Years

Dundonald: Jet Set Equestrian is a pet and country clothing store. It started in 1971 and has been family-run for over 35 years.
The store announced online it will close at the end of January. They thanked customers for their support throughout the years.
A spokesperson shared their gratitude, saying, “After 35 wonderful years, we will close at the end of January 2025.”
They added, “It’s been an honor to serve the equestrian community and be part of so many memories.”
They also thanked their dedicated staff for their hard work and loyalty. “You have made this journey possible,” they said.
As the closing date approaches, they hope to see customers one last time. “Thank you again for being part of the Jet Set family,” they concluded.
On Facebook, many users expressed their sadness. One wrote, “We will all miss Jet Set. Wishing you all the best for the future.”
