Embiid Returns Early from Sinus Fracture for Sixers vs Hornets
Joel Embiid makes a surprising return to the Sixers lineup against the Hornets after recovering from a sinus fracture ahead of schedule

The Sixers had their usual starters out there, including Tyrese Maxey and Paul George. It’s pretty wild because the team thought he’d need more time to recover. But Andre Drummond mentioned that Embiid had been practicing and looked good to go.
He was initially listed as questionable, but after his pregame workout, he was cleared to play just half an hour before the game started. The Sixers, who had been struggling a bit, were excited to have him back.
Interestingly, they had fewer injuries than the Hornets, who were missing five players, including LaMelo Ball. It’s nice to see Embiid back in action, especially since he had a great game last time he played, scoring 31 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
