Philadelphia: The Eagles had a pretty chill day at practice. They kicked off their prep for the Commanders with a light walkthrough.

Most of the starting offense, including A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley, were just watching from the sidelines. It was a rest day for them, which is good for recovery.

The injury report showed a few players didn’t participate. Saquon Barkley, Mekhi Becton, A.J. Brown, and others were all resting. Lane Johnson and DeVonta Smith were also on that list, taking it easy.

On the bright side, defensive end Bryce Huff was back in action, even with a big cast on his hand. He’s been out for a while after wrist surgery, so it’s nice to see him back.

Sydney Brown, who had a concussion, was working on the side with a trainer. He’s had a rough season, missing several games due to injuries.

Receiver Britan Covey was back too, after missing a couple of games with a neck issue. It’s good to see him back in the mix.

So, all in all, it was a light day for the Eagles, but they’re gearing up for a big game ahead.
