Dylan’s to Open Next North Wales Restaurant in Barmouth This Spring
Dylan’s will open a new restaurant in Barmouth, taking over the former Norbar site, with plans for a baked goods store in town.

Barmouth: Dylan’s is opening a new restaurant this spring. They are taking over the old Norbar site. It’s an exciting move for the business.
Dylan’s started in 2012 in Menai Bridge. They have since opened restaurants in Criccieth, Llandudno, and Conwy. This new location will be their fifth.
The team shared their excitement in a statement. They feel privileged to take over such a special building on the Welsh coast.
They plan to offer locally sourced Welsh menus and a warm welcome. Plus, a baked goods and general store will open in town, featuring savory bakes and cakes.
They are already looking for new team members and building relationships with local suppliers. This project promises growth and job opportunities in North Wales.
Dylan’s was founded by David Evans and Robin Hodgson. Their fourth restaurant opened in Conwy in September 2023.
