Los Angeles: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently visited a meal distribution site to lend a hand to those impacted by the wildfires. It was heartwarming to see them in action, hugging folks and chatting with emergency responders at the Pasadena Community Centre.

They even met with the mayor of Pasadena, Victor Gordo, and had a nice chat with chef Jose Andres, who runs World Central Kitchen. This organization has set up spots around California, including Pasadena, to provide free hot meals to those in need after the fires.

Meghan was spotted talking to Doug Goodwin, a man whose home was lost in the flames. It’s been a tough time, with at least 11 lives lost and many communities devastated, forcing thousands to evacuate.

Harry and Meghan, who live in Montecito, about 90 miles from LA, have been doing their part. They’ve donated clothes, kids’ items, and other essentials to help those affected. They even opened their home to friends and family who had to evacuate.

On their website, they shared a list of charities and groups to support, urging people to help out. They wrote about the wildfires devastating neighborhoods and affecting countless families, encouraging everyone to check on their neighbors and offer help if they can.

They emphasized the importance of donating essentials, saying, “Some families and people have been left with nothing.” It’s a tough situation, but every little bit helps.
