Dublin: So, guess what? Dubliners are being called to jump on a cool chance to run a floating sauna down in Dun Laoghaire. Sounds pretty chill, right?

The local council is on the lookout for folks or businesses to pitch their ideas for this floating sauna at Coal Harbour. A spokesperson mentioned that it’s all about creating a relaxing spot for both locals and visitors. The sauna will sit on a pontoon, not bigger than 8 meters long and 5 meters wide.

They’re really keen on sustainability too, so any proposals should focus on being eco-friendly and self-sufficient. If you’re interested, you’ve got until 5 PM on February 14 to get your ideas in. All the details are on the DLRCC website.

Dun Laoghaire Harbour is a big deal, known for its stunning architecture and rich sailing history. It’s got four yacht clubs and is the main sailing hub in Ireland. The council is eager to boost public engagement in various watersports, and this floating sauna could be a unique way for people to enjoy the Harbour.

So, if you’re in Dublin and have a knack for saunas, this could be your moment!
