Drug Dealer Who Tried to Pass as a Tourist Gets Jailed
A man claimed to be a tourist but was caught dealing drugs in Kent

Crewe: So, there’s this guy, Adrian Badea, who thought he could pull a fast one. He drove all the way to Tunbridge Wells, claiming he was just a tourist. But guess what? He got caught!
On March 23, 2023, the police spotted him in a black BMW, and things didn’t look good. He was acting all casual, saying he was on an eight-day sightseeing trip and even sleeping in his car. Yeah, right!
When the officers searched him, they found six bags of cocaine hidden in his shoe, along with some cannabis and cash. Not exactly the kind of souvenirs you want to bring back from a trip!
Badea ended up pleading guilty to a bunch of charges, including possession with intent to supply. He was sentenced to two years and four months in prison. Ouch!
Kent Police made it clear that they’re happy to see real tourists enjoying the area, but Badea was definitely not one of them. They found out he was being directed to various spots to deal drugs. Talk about a bad vacation!
This isn’t the first time they’ve caught someone trying to mess with Tunbridge Wells. The police are on it, and they’re not letting these dealers ruin the fun for everyone else.
