Torquay: A teenage boy got hurt in a crash when a driver just took off. It happened on Barton Hill Road around 3:15 PM on January 13. The poor kid hurt his foot.
So, the driver stopped for a moment but didn’t even talk to the boy or share any info before leaving. Now, the police are on the hunt for this driver.
