Toronto: The Mavericks faced off against the Raptors in a thrilling game that ended 125-118. The Raptors made a late push but couldn’t quite catch up.

Luka Doncic was a force, scoring a triple-double with 30 points, while Kyrie Irving and Klay Thompson added 29 and 20 points, respectively. The Raptors were down by 24 points at one point, but they rallied back, thanks in part to Scottie Barnes, who had a career-high 14 assists.

Raptors coach Darko Rajaković got a technical foul, which seemed to spark his team. They went on a 34-16 run to close the gap. With just over a minute left, they were only five points behind. But the Mavericks held their ground and secured their seventh straight win.

Rajaković noted that the team needed to play harder for the full game. Irving started strong, hitting four three-pointers in the first quarter. Doncic kept the momentum going with impressive plays, including a circus shot before halftime.

Gradey Dick led the Raptors with 27 points, and Barnes was praised for his unselfish play. He not only scored 19 points but also grabbed eight rebounds. The Raptors are now 7-17 and will face the New York Knicks next.
