Oadby: So, there’s this guy named Andrew Tosh who got himself into a bit of trouble. He was already disqualified from driving but decided to take a test drive anyway. Not the best idea, right?

It all went down when he was out with his girlfriend, trying to test a Seat Leon. She wasn’t too happy with his driving and actually got out to complain. That’s when the police showed up.

As the officers rolled up, they saw Tosh and his girlfriend swapping seats. Talk about suspicious! Turns out, he was already disqualified and didn’t even have insurance. Yikes!

In court, the prosecutor laid it all out. They mentioned how a concerned citizen had been following Tosh and decided to confront him about his driving. The police were quick to check his record and found out he had a long list of previous offences.

His lawyer tried to explain that he was just helping his girlfriend, who was nervous about driving. But the magistrates weren’t having it. They gave him a community order and a mental health treatment requirement.

Now, he’s banned from driving for another year and has to pass a re-test before he can get back behind the wheel. The magistrates warned him that if he drives again before that, he could end up in serious trouble.
