Armagh: Just three days after Storm Éowyn hit, folks are still feeling the effects. Broken fences, fallen trees, and damaged roofs are just the start. Many are still without basic services.
This morning, NIE Networks reported that about 65,000 customers across Northern Ireland are still without power. They’ve been working non-stop to fix the extensive damage caused by the storm, and they’ve managed to restore power to 220,000 properties.
To help those still in the dark, several NIE community assistance centers are open today. Places like Brownlow Community Hub and Dungannon Leisure Centre are ready to lend a hand.
