Mumbai: A CNG tempo went up in flames near Bapane Bridge on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway last night. The driver noticed the fire and quickly pulled over, which really helped avoid a bigger mess.
It all happened around 9 PM. The driver’s quick thinking kept other vehicles safe, but sadly, the tempo was completely destroyed. Luckily, he got out without a scratch.
While we don’t know what caused the fire yet, it’s raised some eyebrows about safety on that stretch of highway. There’s a real lack of quick help when emergencies like this happen.
