Chichester Hotel’s Ba’zaan Restaurant Now Welcomes Customers

Chichester: Ba’zaan is the first part of the Chichester Hotel to reopen after being closed since 2022.
The restaurant had a soft launch on Thursday and is gearing up for a grand opening in February. It’s part of a major revamp of the historic hotel, which was bought and refurbished by a London hotelier last year.
Ahfaz Miah, the owner, is excited about the new vibe. He’s aiming to create a welcoming space for families to enjoy delicious food. The restaurant features a mix of Turkish, South Asian, and Mediterranean dishes.
Ahfaz mentioned that they’ve got a great team, with chefs and staff from various backgrounds, all bringing their experience to the table. He believes the atmosphere is fantastic for families looking for a nice dining experience.
The hotel underwent a £400,000 renovation, and Ahfaz is thrilled with how it turned out. He’s also planning a formal opening event, hoping to have the leader of Rochford Council attend.
With a fresh look and a cozy feel, the restaurant is open from 5 PM to 10:30 PM on weekdays and until 11:30 PM on weekends. It’s a great spot for gatherings and celebrations!
