He recently commented on the approval of 1 Undershaft, which will match the height of the Shard. He feels that such massive buildings dwarf the historical architecture that makes London special.

In a recent win for preservation, plans for a 43-storey office block near a historic synagogue were rejected, which Corbyn sees as a positive step.
He pointed out that since 2017, over 230 high-rise projects have been approved, with many more on the way. He argues that London needs to focus on housing, especially for those struggling with homelessness and overcrowding.
