Buckie Area Roadworks Round-Up for the Upcoming Week

Buckie: There’s a bunch of roadworks lined up in Buckie and nearby this week. So, if you’re driving around, keep an eye out!
Scottish Gas Network is kicking things off at 16 Sterlochy Street in Findochty. They’ll be installing a gas connection starting January 20, and it should take about 10 days.
In Findochty, they’re also fixing a gas escape at 10 Burnside Street. Plus, there’s a leak repair happening on Rathven Road in Buckie.
Over on March Road, Openreach is set to start work outside No 1 on January 16. They’ll be there for about 13 days to put in a fibre duct.
And don’t forget about the ongoing repairs on McLaren’s Brae from that heavy rain, along with some work on North High Street.
Openreach will also be busy outside 64 Douglas Crescent between January 17-20 for three days, and at 52 Raffan Road on January 14-15 for the same duration.
Moray Council has streetlight work planned at several spots in Buckie, including Scott Terrace, Hendry Terrace, and St Peter’s Terrace, all starting between January 13-21 for about 10 days.
On the A990, from A98 at Enzie to Station Road in Portgordon, they’ll be digging in to install a water main from January 16-24 for around 11 days.
Lastly, Scottish Water is set to work on two spots in Murrayfield, Fochabers. One job wraps up this week, while the other kicks off on January 13 for three days.
