Myles Garrett, Cleveland, Browns, NFL, Cincinnati Bengals

Cleveland: Myles Garrett just made history! The Cleveland Browns defensive end hit 100 career sacks before even turning 29. That makes him the youngest player ever to reach that milestone in the NFL.

He got his big sack during a game against the Cincinnati Bengals. It happened late in the first half when he took down Joe Burrow for an eight-yard loss. With that, he now has 100.5 sacks in his career, putting him at No. 60 on the all-time list.

It’s pretty wild that Burrow was the one he sacked to hit this mark. Garrett has sacked Burrow nine times in their eight matchups, which is the most he’s done against any quarterback. Talk about a rivalry!

What’s even cooler is that Garrett is the first player in NFL history to reach 100 sacks before turning 29. He’s got a birthday coming up next week, too. He tied legends like Bruce Smith and Lawrence Taylor for being the fourth-fastest to hit 100 sacks, doing it in just 115 games.

Only a few players have done it in fewer games, like Reggie White and T.J. Watt. So, this is a huge deal for Garrett and the Browns. It’s exciting to see what he’ll do next!
