Boston: Jaylen Brown really turned it up last night! He dropped 44 points, helping the Celtics bounce back with a solid 142-105 win over the Indiana Pacers. It was just what they needed after a couple of tough losses.

Jayson Tatum also chipped in with 22 points, and Payton Pritchard added 18. This was Boston’s highest score of the season, which is pretty impressive!

Thanks to this win, the Celtics are still in the race with the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are leading the Eastern Conference. Cleveland just racked up their 27th win, beating the Denver Nuggets 149-135.

Speaking of the Cavs, Donovan Mitchell had a great game too, scoring 33 points. They’ve now won six in a row, which is no small feat, especially with Nikola Jokic putting up a triple-double for Denver.

In other games, the Minnesota Timberwolves pulled off a nail-biter against the Houston Rockets, winning 113-112 with a last-second three-pointer. The New York Knicks are on a roll as well, winning their sixth straight game against the Magic.

Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings made some big news by firing coach Mike Brown after a rough stretch. It’s been a tough season for them, sitting near the bottom of the Western Conference.

And just to add to the drama, Joel Embiid from the 76ers got fined for some not-so-great gestures towards Celtics fans during a game. He’s had quite the week!
