Denver: So, there was this wild moment in the game against the Bills. Marvin Mims Jr. got absolutely leveled by Mack Hollins during a punt return. It was a tough hit, and he didn’t gain a single yard.
Right after that, things got heated. Reid Ferguson from the Bills stood over Mims and started taunting him. Mims, not one to back down, got up and they exchanged some shoves. It was a bit of a scuffle, really.
But here’s the kicker: only Mims got flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct. It seemed pretty unfair since both teams were going at it, but the Broncos ended up with the penalty. That pushed them back and made their drive harder.
They started their next possession deep in their own territory and managed to drive down the field, but Wil Lutz’s field goal attempt hit the upright. So, instead of tying the game, they went into halftime trailing 10-7. Those extra yards really hurt them.
