Leyton: The Score Leisure Centre just opened its doors, and it’s a game changer! This new gym is packed with the latest fitness gear, and it’s looking pretty slick.
They’ve got 18 workout stations ready to go, and even more equipment is on the way by the end of January. So, if you’re into cardio, free weights, or strength training, you’re in for a treat.
Plus, they’re offering a bunch of fitness classes like yoga, Zumba, and even “legs, bums and tums.” There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a newbie or a fitness pro.
The Score Leisure Centre is massive, one of the biggest sports halls around, with room for 100 players and 500 spectators. You can play all sorts of sports there, from basketball to badminton.
Daniel O’Connor, the GLL Partnership Manager, is super excited about the new gym. He says it’s got the best equipment and a wide range of classes, making it a top spot for fitness lovers.
Cllr Louise Mitchell also chimed in, highlighting how important good sports facilities are for keeping the community healthy. She believes the Score Centre will really help make Leyton a great place to live.
