Bradfords Recognized as One of Europe’s Leading Corporate Fundraisers
Bradfords Building Supplies raised nearly £47,000 for men’s health, ranking third in Europe for corporate fundraising efforts.

Yeovil: Bradfords Building Supplies raised almost £47,000 for men’s health. This makes them the third-highest fundraiser in Europe.
The company started a MoBros fundraising team, led by rugby star Henry Slade. They raised money through in-branch activities and donations from partners and customers.
This amount is more than double the £17,000 they raised in 2021.
CEO David Young expressed pride in being named the top corporate fundraiser in the UK and third in Europe. He thanked everyone at Bradfords for their hard work.
Young also appreciated the support from partners and customers, especially Henry Slade for leading the MoBros team.
Men’s mental health is a key issue for Bradfords. Construction workers are four times more likely to die by suicide than the national average.
Research shows that 73% of the 2.1 million construction workers in the UK have faced mental health challenges.
Amy Jeffries from the Worcester branch took part in a cycling challenge to raise funds. She found it rewarding and meaningful.
She shared that the Movember campaign is close to her heart due to personal family experiences with men’s mental health and prostate cancer.
Bradfords staff cycled 1,770 miles for charity, and it brought the team together to complete the challenge.
Fundraising at Bradfords will continue into 2025. They plan to host a Movember charity raffle and auction at their annual conference in February.
