Exeter: Bookings for Exeter Airport’s new route to Amsterdam are looking great. The airport will start flights with KLM on March 30.

This route is popular with locals wanting a Dutch getaway. It’s also attracting international tourists and business travelers heading to Devon.

It’s been almost five years since Exeter Airport had this route. This is also KLM’s first time operating from Exeter.

The flight takes about 90 minutes. Daily departures from Amsterdam leave at 4:15 PM, and from Exeter at 5:20 PM.

Stephen Wiltshire, the airport’s Managing Director, is pleased with the response. He believes this service will improve travel options for the South West.

Jerome Salemi from Air France-KLM is also excited. He noted that early booking trends are very promising, showing strong interest from travelers.

KLM Cityhopper will use an 88-seat Embraer 175 jet for this service. Passengers can choose between Economy and Business Class.
