Sydney: A tragic discovery has been made in Botany. A woman’s body, wrapped in plastic, was found dumped in some bushes. It’s been identified as 33-year-old Zhuojun “Sally” Li.

A runner stumbled upon her remains early Monday morning at Sir Joseph Banks Park, close to Sydney Airport. It’s a shocking situation, and police are deeply concerned about her husband, Jai-Bao “Rex” Chen, who is still missing.

Ms. Li was reported missing in early December when her mother couldn’t reach her. Now, police are worried about her husband’s safety too. They’ve described him as slim, with black hair and brown eyes, standing around 165 to 170 cm tall.

Authorities are asking for help from the public to track down a silver Toyota Avensis seen on CCTV near the area where the body was found. They believe it could be linked to the case.

Detectives have set up Strike Force Zygon to dig deeper into this disturbing incident. They’re treating Ms. Li’s death as likely murder due to the circumstances of how her body was found.

It’s a heartbreaking situation, and the police are doing everything they can to get to the bottom of it. As Det Supt Doherty said, it’s tragic that a life has been lost and treated so callously.
