Shirdi: The BJP is gearing up for a big meeting in Shirdi this Sunday. Union minister Amit Shah will be there, and they’re planning to nail down strategies for the local body elections. This comes right after their strong performance in the 2024 assembly polls.
This convention is a big deal for the BJP. It’s their first major gathering since they won the assembly elections and formed a government under Devendra Fadnavis. They’re expecting around 15,000 delegates to show up, which is pretty impressive.
Shah is set to speak to the party workers, and the focus will be on how to strengthen their position in 27 municipal corporations. They’ll be discussing challenges on the ground and figuring out how to make some organizational changes.
