Los Angeles: So, it looks like bettors are really backing the home teams for the NFL wild card games this Sunday. Most of the action is on the favorites, and it’s pretty interesting to see how it all shakes out.
The Buffalo Bills are the big favorites against the Denver Broncos, sitting at 8.5 points. A lot of folks are putting their money on the Bills, with over half of the bets and cash coming in for them. The line actually started at 7.5 points, so it’s moved a bit.
If the Bills pull off a win, they’ll face the Baltimore Ravens next. The Ravens had a solid game against the Steelers, so they’re looking good. But if the Broncos manage to upset the Bills, they’ll head to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs.
Now, the Eagles are also favorites at home against the Packers, with a 5.5-point spread. They’ve got a ton of support too, with 73% of the bets backing them. The line shifted after Jalen Hurts got cleared from concussion protocol, so fans are feeling optimistic.
Then there are the Buccaneers, who are 3-point favorites against the Commanders. They’re also seeing a good amount of action, with over half of the bets coming in for them.
The only home team not getting much love is the Rams, who are underdogs against the Vikings. The Vikings are pulling in 70% of the bets, which is a pretty big deal. Plus, the game has been moved to Arizona due to wildfires in L.A., so that’s a whole other twist.
If the Eagles and Bucs both win, the Lions will be waiting to see who they face in the next round. It’s all shaping up to be an exciting day of football!
