Chicago: So, it looks like the Bears are really keen on Pete Carroll. Just a couple of weeks ago, there were whispers about his interest in the team, and now they’re set to chat with him this Thursday.
Carroll, who’s 73, has quite the resume. He’s coached the Jets, Patriots, and Seahawks, spending 14 years in Seattle. He even snagged a Super Bowl win there!
It’s a bit surprising that he didn’t get any interviews last year after being let go by the Seahawks. I mean, he’s got a solid track record, right?
The Bears are also looking at a bunch of other candidates, including some coordinators from the Lions and Dolphins, plus a few others. It’s a busy time for them!
Oh, and they tried to talk to Mike McCarthy from the Cowboys, but that didn’t pan out since the Cowboys said no. It’s all happening in the coaching world!
