Edinburgh: Fans of The Traitors were buzzing on social media after a dramatic episode aired. They felt like they had won when a contestant was eliminated.
The show is in its third series and has been full of twists and turns. This week, viewers were not happy with how faithful Kas was treated when he was banished from Ardross Castle.
Kas claimed he was bullied by other contestants but still called them some of the “loveliest” people he’s met. He felt left out and couldn’t play the game right, which didn’t help his case when it came time for elimination.
In a surprising twist, Anna was asked to join the remaining traitors, Linda and Minah, but she turned them down. She had been trying to prove her loyalty to her friends all episode.
As the faithfuls sat down for breakfast, they learned that Livi was the next to go. Fans on X (formerly Twitter) were quick to express their joy. One user tweeted, “Fozia is there omg – she survived. We won.”
Livi, a 26-year-old beautician, was the eighth faithful to leave. She joined the show because her mum thought she’d be great on it. Livi initially thought she’d be a good Traitor but realized she’s more honest than she thought.
She believes she’s a good problem solver and can help track down a Traitor. Livi has always been good at reading people, so she thought she’d fit in well as a Faithful.
Don’t forget, Traitors airs at 9pm every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
