Bath: Sam Harris, a young back for Bath Rugby, hurt his knee on Sunday. This was only his second game back after an ankle injury in October.
He played well for Bath United last month but had to leave the game early. During a match against Bedford Blues, he fell after trying a big step. Bath’s academy head, Andy Robinson, shared that they are waiting for more news on his injury.
Rory Murray, Bath’s head of medical, gave updates on other injured players. Sam Underhill had ankle surgery after getting hurt against Northampton. He will miss the Six Nations but should return early in the Premiership.
Archie Griffin also had a shoulder injury from a Champions Cup match. He had surgery and will start training soon, ready for the Premiership’s return.
Will Muir and Guy Pepper both suffered hamstring injuries against Northampton. They are recovering and will join team training in a couple of weeks.
Cam Redpath is also set to return to training soon and will be available for selection. Additionally, Scott Kirk made his comeback from an ACL injury during Sunday’s game.
