Pembrokeshire: Exciting news for history buffs! Dr. Julian Whitewright is set to reveal some fascinating secrets about shipwrecks off the Pembrokeshire coast.
He’s the guest speaker at the upcoming Pembrokeshire Historical Society meeting. Dr. Whitewright, who grew up in the area and now lives in St David’s, works with the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales.
His talk will dive into recent surveys of shipwrecks and other coastal structures, like lime kilns. It sounds like a great opportunity to learn something new!
The lecture is open to everyone and will be held on Friday, February 7, at Pembrokeshire Archives in Haverfordwest, starting at 2.30pm. Don’t miss it!
