Glasgow: It’s such a sad story. An ambitious student named Sravanthi Karingula passed away suddenly, just a day before she turned 23.
She was studying for her master’s in business administration at the University of Strathclyde. Her cousin, Latha Reddy, shared that Sravanthi had big dreams of making her family proud.
Sadly, her life was cut short due to an accident. Latha mentioned how heartbroken the family is and that they want to bring her back to India for her final rites.
To help with this, a fundraiser has been set up, and it’s already raised over £10,000. Latha expressed gratitude to everyone who donated, saying it would help bring Sravanthi home and provide some comfort during this tough time.
They’re now working on the arrangements for repatriation. If anyone wants to help out, they can find details about the appeal online.
The University of Strathclyde has been contacted for a comment on this tragic situation.
It’s just heartbreaking to see such a bright future taken away so suddenly.
