Melbourne: So, there was this guy, Phillip Simpson, who’s in a bit of hot water. He’s accused of doing a Nazi salute outside a police station and even threatened to kill a cop. Not cool, right?

He showed up in court, but things took a turn when he had a severe panic attack. The police prosecutor had to tell the court that they had to remove him because he wasn’t doing well at all.

Simpson, 41, is facing some serious charges, including displaying Nazi symbols and making threats. The prosecutor mentioned they have a lot of CCTV footage to back up their case.

They decided to push the hearing back to February 2025. This all comes after new laws were introduced in Victoria last year, making it illegal to display Nazi salutes in public. If found guilty, he could be looking at hefty fines or even jail time.
