Aberdeen: The search for the twin sisters, Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, is now in its second week. Their family and friends are really worried about them.
The sisters, both 32, were last spotted on CCTV around 2:12 AM on January 7. They were seen crossing Victoria Bridge and heading towards the River Dee.
Authorities have been working hard, using helicopters, dogs, and marine units to find them. So far, there’s been no sign of the sisters, who originally come from Hungary.
The family has spoken out, saying this is a very distressing time for them. They just want their loved ones back safe and sound.
Henrietta and Eliza are described as white, slim, and have long brown hair. They are part of a set of triplets, and their family is in touch with police back in Hungary.
Police are focusing their search efforts around the River Dee, as there’s no evidence suggesting the sisters left the area. They’re asking anyone with information to come forward.
Chief Inspector Darren Bruce mentioned that the family is extremely worried and that they’re in regular contact with them. He urged anyone who might have seen the sisters to share any details, no matter how small.
If you were in the area early last Tuesday morning, think back. Did you see anyone who looked like them? Even a little piece of information could help.
Anyone with tips can call 101 and reference incident number 0735 from January 7, 2025. The community is rallying together, hoping for the safe return of Eliza and Henrietta.
