Washington: So, have you heard about Alex Ovechkin? The guy is on fire! He’s just 27 goals away from breaking Wayne Gretzky’s all-time record of 894 goals. Can you believe it?
Ovechkin kicked off this season with 853 goals and has already racked up 868. It’s wild to think he could break that record as soon as the 2024-25 season. Wayne himself thinks it’s just a matter of time. He’s been saying Ovechkin is a phenomenal player and a great goal scorer.
