Warminster: A head-on crash closed the A36 at Black Dog Hill. It happened around 9:05 AM on January 24.

A white Renault Clio was heading north when it collided with a red Renault going south. The Clio driver, a man in his 50s, was taken to the hospital.

More than a week later, he remains in critical condition with potentially life-threatening injuries. The other driver, also a man in his 50s, suffered non-life-changing injuries.

Wiltshire Police are asking anyone who drove in the area on January 24 to check their dashcam footage. They want to hear from anyone who may have seen the crash.

“We’ve talked to some witnesses, but more footage could help,” said PC Howells from the Serious Collision Investigation Team.
