Emergency Services Respond to Tractor Crash on A26 Lisnevenagh Road

A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor has led to road closures in Co Antrim, with one person taken to the hospital

Co Antrim: There was a serious crash on the A26 Lisnevenagh Road last night. Emergency services were quick to respond, and one person ended up in the hospital.

The incident happened around 9:27 PM near the Ballee roundabout. Police are asking folks to steer clear of the area while they manage the situation.

Roads are partially closed, especially for those heading towards Ballymena. If you’re in the area, it’s best to take a different route, like the Cromkill Road.

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service got a call about the crash at 8:52 PM. They sent out two emergency crews and an ambulance officer to help.

After checking things out and giving initial treatment, one person was taken to Antrim Area Hospital. Thankfully, the injuries aren’t life-threatening.
