Douglas: So, there’s been a bit of a hiccup with the water supply in Douglas. Uisce Éireann is on it, trying to fix things for about 2,000 homes and businesses.

A water mains pipe burst on South Douglas Road, which is causing a bit of a mess. People living on South Douglas Road and nearby areas are feeling the impact.

They’ve said it’ll take a few hours to get everything back to normal. Fingers crossed, water should be flowing again by early tomorrow morning.

James Goulding from Uisce Éireann mentioned they totally get how annoying this is. They’re hustling to fix the pipe as fast as they can.
