Two Individuals Charged with Chemical Endangerment in Decatur
Decatur police arrested a man and woman for drug-related charges involving children
Decatur, Alabama, Synthetic Marijuana, Chemical Endangerment
The guy, Joshtez Oneal Bolding, who’s 30, is facing some serious charges. He’s looking at trafficking synthetic cannabinoids, having marijuana and paraphernalia, plus two counts of chemical endangerment. He’s stuck in jail with a hefty bond of $190,300.
Then there’s Breishna Trevena Johnson, 27, who’s also in hot water with two counts of chemical endangerment. Her bond is set at $60,000, and she’s in the same jail as Bolding.
The police had a search warrant for Bolding’s place after they got wind of some drug activity near the Lakeview Apartments. When they checked it out, they found over 5 pounds of synthetic marijuana, a bit of regular weed, and even a gun.
And just to make things worse, there were kids in the house when all this went down.
