Ely: Recently, things got pretty heated in Cardiff. Eleven people have been charged over a riot that erupted after two teens tragically lost their lives in an e-bike crash.
The boys, Kyrees Sullivan and Harvey Evans, were just 16 and 15 years old. They crashed on May 22, 2023, right after being followed by a police van. It was a tough scene.
